Rules for taking herbal medicines

When taking herbal medicines, you should always follow the following rules.

Before taking medicinal herbal products, you should consult your doctor, who will select the required dose and suggest a regimen for taking the products. If this is not possible, then you should strictly follow the dosage regimen indicated in the annotation to the drug.

Remember that the dosage indicated in the annotation is designed for an adult, so when taking the medicine by children, adolescents and seriously ill people, it is necessary to adjust the dose following the recommendations of a specialist.

In the absence of other instructions for use, it is recommended to take herbal remedies 30 to 40 minutes before meals or 1.5 to 2 hours after meals. When taking several drugs at the same time, it is advisable to take an interval of 10-15 minutes between them. If the interval between taking the drugs and eating is less than 30 minutes, their effectiveness will be reduced significantly.

Take the capsules with at least 100 ml of warm water or water at room temperature. Not with tea, not with compote, not with juice, but with pure drinking still WATER!

It is undesirable to take long breaks in treatment, as this may lead to the need to repeat the entire course.

Herbal remedies should be stored in a dry and clean place, in a closed container, away from working electrical and electronic devices and sources of heat and light. It is especially undesirable to store herbal remedies near mobile phones, microwave ovens, televisions, and computers.

Important! Sometimes the use of medicinal plant preparations can provoke a deterioration of the condition (especially in the first weeks of taking the drug). This can be an exacerbation of the underlying disease or other manifestations. You should not be afraid of such manifestations, because in this way the immune mechanism is activated and indicates that the drug has started to work! Do not stop taking it and do not reduce the dose. But if after 2-3 weeks there is no improvement, you should definitely seek advice from our herbalist to adjust the treatment.

Our medicines are not a panacea. In case of very severe chronic or acute conditions, we will not always be able to help. But, based on our fifteen years of experience, we promise that if you follow all the rules of administration and the treatment regimen selected by our herbalist, you will certainly feel much better!
