In order to place an order, you need:
- Add the items you have selected to the cart;
- Go to the cart and set the required quantity of goods;
- Click the “Checkout” button;
- Enter the data for contacting the buyer and for delivering the parcel, select a payment method;
- Click the “Send” button.
After we process the order, you will receive all the necessary information for receiving and paying for it to your email and phone number. Payment for the delivery of goods to the Nova Poshta branch will be made at our expense if the order amount exceeds UAH 1000. Individual discounts are available for the disabled, ATO participants, and for long-term treatment courses.
If the goods have been delivered but not received by the customer, subsequent orders will be possible only if 100% prepayment is made.
Our goods are not subject to return and exchange.
